During summer break, Steadfast completed repairs to weather- and water
-damaged exterior surfaces. Repairs included removing rust and repainting steel-reinforcement beams, removing efflorescence and resealing brick surfaces, and applying specialty coatings on walkway surfaces. The work was successfully completed within the contracted schedule and budget.
